Città di Castello – la proposta nella mozione presentata dai consiglieri Fabio Bellucci e Rosanna Sabba (Lista Civica Luca Secondi Sindaco) Promuovere a Città di Castello la “Giornata della frazione virtuosa”, una festa in piazza delle Tabacchine dedicata alle associazioni e ai comitati che si saranno distinti nel corso dell’anno per la cura dell’ambiente.
E’ l’obiettivo della mozione che Fabio Bellucci e Rosanna Sabba (Lista Civica Luca Secondi Sindaco) hanno presentato in consiglio comunale per “sensibilizzare sempre più persone, specialmente i più giovani, a far diventare il rispetto per l’ambiente una normalità oltre un dovere”. Con l’atto i consiglieri di maggioranza intendono impegnare la giunta e l’amministrazione comunale a “pubblicizzare e incentivare la creazione di associazioni di volontariato e a scegliere un giorno dell’anno per indire la giornata della frazione virtuosa, con tanto di festa, da tenere preferibilmente in piazza delle Tabacchine, dove verranno invitate associazioni e comitati delle varie frazioni comunali per la premiazione di quella che si sarà contraddistinta per la miglior cura dell’ambiente”. “Potremmo anche considerare la possibilità di premiare con un contributo in denaro che verrà utilizzato per migliorie nella propria frazione”, sostengono Bellucci e Sabba, nel sottolineare “l’importanza sempre più impellente di tutelare l’ambiente che ci circonda”. “Tenere e mantenere le frazioni pulite dà un’immagine di decoro e di civiltà all’intero comune”, osservano gli esponenti della Lista Civica Luca Secondi Sindaco, per i quali “non serve solo pubblicizzare la tutela dell’ambiente con slogan, ma servono azioni di partecipazione di volontariato attivo, magari con associazioni create dai cittadini nelle singole frazioni”.
