SANSEPOLCRO – IL CONSIGLIERE CHIELI SI APPROPRIA DI MERITI CHE NON HA” Come modificare la realtà delle cose. Potrebbe essere questo il titolo della commedia messa in atto dal consigliere Laura Chieli e da Fratelli d’Italia a Sansepolcro sulla questione relativa alla pavimentazione in cotto.
La consueta e comprovata ‘mania di protagonismo’ del consigliere la porta ad intestarsi un merito che non ha. Infatti, l’Amministrazione Comunale ha pienamente condiviso il percorso relativo alla definizione degli interventi sulla pavimentazione del Centro Storico direttamente con il Sottosegretario Vittorio Sgarbi, in occasione della sua visita a Sansepolcro del 27 luglio scorso. Sgarbi ha definito il progetto originario con il cotto ‘Bello e pulito’, ma ha suggerito un approccio diverso: nessuna nuova pavimentazione né in pietra né in cotto ma un restauro totale dell’esistente cercando di conservare il più possibile l’attuale immagine senza l’effetto di pavimentazioni nuove di zecca. L’approccio quindi è cambiato: da pietra o cotto, a restauro anziché sostituzione. Il confronto avuto con Vittorio Sgarbi è stato utile e prezioso, con responsabilità e rispetto istituzionale, virtù quest’ultima che il consigliere Laura Chieli dimostra sempre più frequentemente di non possedere (come dimostra anche il suo comportamento tenuto sulla vicenda del trasferimento alunni del biennio Liceo), abbiamo preso atto di quanto suggerito da una elevata carica dello Stato e da un autentico esperto d’arte. Vittorio Sgarbi del resto, ben prima delle vanagloriose dichiarazioni del consigliere Laura Chieli, ha pubblicato un contributo sulla stampa nazionale, di cui sotto potete trovare un estratto esaustivo, sulla questione. Smentendo quanto detto da Laura Chieli la quale, se avesse un minimo di intelligenza politica si sarebbe confrontata con l’Amministrazione Comunale invece di cercare notorietà personale sul web con informazioni, dichiarazioni e frasi ad effetto non vere e fuori luogo. Un’ultima riflessione: il consigliere Laura Chieli e Fratelli d’Italia non c’entrano nulla con le decisioni prese e condivise con il Sottosegretario Vittorio Sgarbi, ma alludono addirittura ad un intervento ‘dall’alto’ dei loro esponenti che avrebbero interferito con le valutazioni della Soprintendenza. Questo, se rispondesse a verità, sarebbe gravissimo e non sarebbe circoscritto alla dialettica politica ma come argomento da Procura della Repubblica.
“Sono felice della conclusione della vicenda” queste le dichiarazioni rese sulla stampa dal Sottosegretario Vittorio Sgarbi “che ha visto su posizioni contrastanti l’Amministrazione e una parte dell’opposizione. La questione era posta male e si riduceva alla scelta dei materiali per la pavimentazione delle piazze del centro storico in una supposta alternanza tra cotto e pietra. La posizione della Soprintendenza di Arezzo e della Soprintendenza speciale per il Pnrr che amministra il fondo stabilito dal Ministero dell’Interno, ha condotto alla scelta migliore, confermando l’intesa che io avevo stabilito con l’Amministrazione Comunale: il restauro delle pavimentazioni esistenti superando di fatto la diatriba sui materiali. Il sacrificio, da parte dell’Amministrazione Comunale, della proposta dei progettisti che era sembrata suggestiva, è però stato largamente compensato, senza rischi per il finanziamento, con una distribuzione dell’intervento per le strade e le vie della città, restituite alla pavimentazione in pietra da quella insolente dell’asfalto. Devo riconoscere che sindaco e giunta di Sansepolcro, nell’incontro del 27 luglio scorso, hanno condiviso con convinzione la mia proposta che risolve alla radice la questione. Ringrazio il sindaco e gli assessori, i soprintendenti e mi auguro che nello spirito di interesse comune, l’opposizione manifesti il proprio consenso e la sua approvazione alla felice soluzione trovata”.
