CITTA’ DI CASTELLO – Il deposito dello schema del bilancio di previsione 2024 aprirà la seduta del consiglio comunale che il presidente Luciano Bacchetta ha convocato per lunedì 4 marzo, alle ore 18.00, nella residenza municipale di piazza Gabriotti. La gestione complessiva delle finanze comunali sarà all’ordine del giorno insieme ai temi della ZTL nel centro storico, del patrimonio dell’ente, dei parcheggi, alle questioni legate a pubblicità, affissioni e canone mercatale, al turismo, all’ambiente e alla cultura
Dopo l’atto formale della consegna degli elaborati di bilancio ai membri dell’assise, i lavori inizieranno con la presa d’atto della deliberazione della Corte dei Conti sul referto del sindaco relativo al funzionamento dei controlli interni negli anni 2020-2021, con la relazione del primo cittadino Luca Secondi. L’assessore competente Mauro Mariangeli riferirà, poi, sul riconoscimento della legittimità del debito fuori bilancio derivante dalla sentenza sfavorevole della Corte di Giustizia Tributaria di primo grado di Perugia del novembre scorso. A seguire sarà discussa e votata la mozione del consigliere Andrea Lignani Marchesani (Castello Civica) per il posticipo dell’entrata in vigore dei varchi elettronici nel centro storico. L’assessore al Patrimonio Michela Botteghi risponderà quindi al consigliere Claudio Serafini (Lista Civica Luca Secondi Sindaco) sui CVA di Santa Lucia e di Cerbara. A seguire si parlerà dell’applicazione dell’Irpef alle imprese agricole nel dibattito sulla mozione del consigliere Roberto Brunelli (PD), che guiderà alla parte finale della seduta, riservata al sindacato ispettivo dei componenti dell’assemblea. L’assessore ai Lavori Pubblici Riccardo Carletti risponderà alla consigliera Luciana Bassini (Gruppo Misto-Azione) sulla necessità di lavori per parcheggi e marciapiedi presso la frazione di Promano e l’assessore Mariangeli replicherà alla consigliera Emanuela Arcaleni (Castello Cambia) sulla gestione del servizio del Canone Unico Patrimoniale (CUP), del Canone per le pubbliche affissioni e Canone mercatale. Spetterà poi all’assessore competente Letizia Guerri fornire i chiarimenti richiesti dal consigliere Tommaso Campagni (FI) sui dati riguardanti il turismo altotiberino, mentre l’assessore Mariangeli prenderà di nuovo la parola per rispondere alla consigliera Maria Grazia Giorgi sull’accesso dei veicoli a motore ai sentieri. I lavori si concluderanno con l’intervento dell’assessore alla Cultura Botteghi sul monitoraggio della gestione della Pinacoteca comunale per l’anno 2023, richiesto dai consiglieri Elda Rossi e Riccardo Leveque (FDI). Come di consueto, i cittadini potranno seguire il consiglio comunale in diretta streaming attraverso la pagina istituzionale del Comune (sezione “Comune in diretta – streaming audio video” al link https://cittadicastello.consiglicloud.it/home) e attraverso il canale ufficiale YouTube dell’ente.
