Bagno di Romagna – nuovo Scuolabus finanziato dalle aziende del territorio

Vi comunico con soddisfazione che a partire dal rientro delle vacanze pasquali il servizio di trasporto locale degli studenti del nostro Comune disporrà di un nuovo scuolabus, appena acquistato ed immatricolato. L’acquisto è stato gestito grazie ad un’operazione di cofinanziamento pubblico-privata di cui mi sono fatto coordinatore e che ha ricevuto il contributo essenziale e concreto di 14 aziende ed enti del nostro territorio.


L’aumento dei costi del settore auto-motive, infatti, rischiava di essere un problema difficilmente gestibile.
Considerate che lo stesso mezzo acquistato nel 2018 al prezzo di € 55.000,00 costa oggi € 85.000,00, ovvero € 30.000 in più. Per superare questa criticità e con l’obiettivo di rendere il trasporto dei nostri giovani studenti sempre più sicuro ed affidabile ho richiesto un sostegno ai nostri imprenditori, che si sono mostrati subito comprensivi e reattivi, tanto che sono state ben 15 le aziende che hanno voluto partecipare all’operazione, con un contributo di € 70.500,00, lasciando al Comune la sola copertura della differenza di € 14.900,00. Hanno finanziato l’operazione Metallurgica Branchetti S.r.l., Sermec Servizi Revisioni Meccaniche S.n.c., Sampierana S.p.a., Ustec S.r.l., Comitel S.r.l., Paramount Immobiliare S.r.l., River 22 Sporting Club, Romagna Acque S.p.a., Cangini Giorgio, Formula Ambiente S.p.a., Confartigianato per il Sociale, CLAS Soc. Coop., Chiquadro Informatica, Idea S.r.l. e Fondazione Asilo delle Grazie. Ringrazio sentitamente gli imprenditori e gli enti che hanno contribuito a questa importante iniziativa che migliora le condizioni di sicurezza dei trasporti scolastici del nostro Comune, manifestando una sensibilità ed una responsabilità sociale che ci rende orgogliosi. Lo scuolabus è stato inaugurato questa mattina, quando ha ricevuto anche la benedizione del nostro parroco Mons. Don Jacek Kusiak.
Con l’occasione Vi informo che il servizio di trasporto scolastico locale è gestito in via diretta dall’Ente
Comunale, che si avvale di 4 autisti, che ogni giorno garantiscono il trasporto di circa 200 studenti verso le scuole al mattino e verso le abitazioni al pomeriggio, percorrendo l’ampio territorio abitato del nostro
Comune per una distanza complessiva giornaliera di 700 Km ed offrendo alle famiglie residenti nelle
frazioni un servizio essenziale. La gestione diretta è stata una scelta politica in controtendenza rispetto alla maggior parte degli enti locali, che si affidano a gestioni esternalizzate a soggetti terzi. Ciò ci consente di garantire una qualità del servizio molto elevata e ritagliata sulle esigenze delle famiglie, che riteniamo fondamentale pur a dispetto di una maggior complessità di gestione del servizio e dei mezzi, nonché di limiti più stringenti nel turn-over del personale dell’Ente comunale.
