Roma, 4 dicembre 2024, Pavart gallery inaugura la mostra personale dell’artista pugliese Luigi Notarnicola dal titolo “PELI DI VITA” curata da Velia Littera. “Peli di vita” una mostra che evoca immagini particolari e contrastanti, mescolando elementi del quotidiano con un tocco di poesia.
Il termine “peli” suggerisce qualcosa di piccolo, apparentemente insignificante o trascurabile, ma che è anche parte integrante del corpo quindi della natura umana. Associato alla parola “vita”, il concetto si arricchisce: anche i dettagli più minuti, spesso considerati insignificanti, sono parti fondamentali dell’esperienza di vivere.
Luigi Notarnicola ci invita a una riflessione intima e viscerale sul tema del corpo, della quotidianità e della fragilità umana. Attraverso opere che esplorano la fisicità e la materia, l’artista utilizza i peli come elemento simbolico, traccia di vissuto e memoria corporea, ma anche come simbolo della presenza umana nella sua forma più naturale e vulnerabile. Un percorso artistico che svela e celebra ciò che spesso viene nascosto, considerato banale o disturbante. I peli, in questo contesto, diventano testimoni silenziosi delle storie che il nostro corpo racconta: storie di identità, relazioni, trasformazioni. Ogni opera esposta si pone come un frammento di questa narrazione, invitando il visitatore a confrontarsi con l’intrinseca verità della condizione umana, fatta di imperfezioni, di segni indelebili e di esperienze condivise.L’approccio di Notarnicola, con il suo linguaggio crudo e immediato, mira a dissolvere le barriere tra il soggetto e l’osservatore, stimolando un dialogo che va oltre il visibile. Attraverso i suoi dipinti, l’artista ci invita a riscoprire la bellezza del corpo umano nella sua essenza più autentica e a riconoscere la nostra comune umanità, presente anche nei più piccoli frammenti di vita. In un mondo che spesso idealizza e filtra la realtà corporea, “Peli di vita” rappresenta una sfida all’estetica convenzionale, spingendoci a riscoprire e accettare la totalità di noi stessi.
