Ausl Romagna – Un anno di attività per il benessere psicofisico della comunità Più di 100 eventi gratuiti in programma dal 14 marzo, per tutto il 2025, nel Distretto Cesena Valle Savio. Sono già aperte le iscrizioni alle singole attività

BenEssere in comunità, il benessere che nasce dalla Rete. Il Distretto Sanitario di Cesena Valle Savio, in collaborazione con l’Unione dei Comuni Valle del Savio, le Associazioni Limo APS, Insieme per Crescere APS-ASD e Amici di Casa Insieme ODV, lancia il progetto “BenEssere in Comunità”, un calendario annuale di attività gratuite promosse nell’ambito del Piano Regionale della Prevenzione 2023-2025 e coordinate dall’Unità Operativa Igiene e Sanità Pubblica di Cesena. Il progetto, nato dalla co-progettazione tra istituzioni pubbliche e realtà del terzo settore, ha come obiettivo la promozione della salute e del benessere psicofisico dei cittadini e delle cittadine di tutte le età, con particolare attenzione a persone con fragilità, patologie croniche e caregiver. A partire dal 14 marzo fino a dicembre, in diverse sedi presenti nella città di Cesena e nella Valle del Savio – sede distrettuale Corso Cavour, sede Consultorio Familiare Piazza A. Magnani, sedi Hub di Quartiere Cesuola Ponte Abbadesse, Sant’Egidio, Borello e sede Centro Culturale Sarsina – si amplia il panorama dell’offerta di attività di promozione della salute con più di 100 eventi, per un totale di oltre 200 ore di attività. Il ciclo di eventi “BenEssere in Comunità” prevede sette diverse iniziative destinate a rispondere alle diverse esigenze della comunità: Mente Attiva, Radicarsi, Riattivamente, Ricordati di Te, Benessere Fisico Post-parto, Attività Fisica Adattata e seminari. In programma ci sono sessioni di stimolazione cognitiva e motoria per persone con demenza lieve e moderata, cicli di attività fisica adattata per over 60 e persone con patologie metaboliche, fibromialgia e morbo di Parkinson. Non mancano incontri di supporto psicologico per caregiver, pratiche di mindfulness e attività all’aperto volte a promuovere il benessere psicologico e fisico attraverso il contatto con la natura. Gli eventi sono gratuiti e aperti a tutti; per partecipare è richiesta la prenotazione obbligatoria.
