Dopo la sua attivazione presso il centro di aggregazione sociale Tortaia, verrà presentato giovedì 10 aprile alle 17:00 a palazzo Fossombroni nell’ambito di una riunione della consulta per le pari opportunità “Lo Sportello Vicino a te”, il servizio dell’Associazione volontari della polizia di stato patrocinato dal Comune di Arezzo.
Si tratta di un servizio di ascolto e supporto per persone che vivono situazioni di disagio sociale come conseguenza di violenze, dipendenze, solitudine, fragilità economica, difficoltà di accesso agli strumenti e ai canali di tutela. Lo sportello è attivo dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 16:00 alle 18:00 presso il cas di via Alfieri. E-mail: losportellovicinoate@gmail.com Professionisti degli ambiti psicologico e legale ed esperte nell’orientamento forniscono valutazioni e consigli per indirizzarsi verso i servizi territoriali di riferimento, favoriscono l’individuazione di segnali di allarme riconducibili alla violenza di genere accompagnando emotivamente le persone coinvolte verso le istituzioni competenti a intervenire per scongiurare il peggio, concorrono a risolvere difficoltà pratiche per condurre al superamento di eventuali malesseri o disagi, dalla ludopatia al non accesso a internet e agli annessi servizi delle pubbliche amministrazioni per indisponibilità di mezzi o scarsa capacità personale, dall’ansia generata dall’uso massiccio dei social network alla solitudine che colpisce soprattutto, ma non solo, gli anziani. Nel corso dell’attività dello sportello sono raccolte, mediante un database, usando ovviamente un codice alfanumerico per garantire l’anonimato, informazioni che consentano di monitorare il numero degli accessi e le tipologie dei fruitori e dei rispettivi bisogni e disagi.
