L’uomo, di 52 anni, è stato trasferito all’ospedale di Arezzo ed è adesso fuori pericolo
Personale del 118 è intervenuto stamani alle ore 10.38 in località Soci (Bibbiena) per prestare soccorso ad un uomo di 52 anni, andato in arresto cardiaco durante una partita di calcetto.
I primi soccorsi sono stati prestati dalle persone presenti che hanno effettuato le prime manovre di rianimazione cardiopolmonare guidati dalla centrale 118 di Arezzo, in attesa dell’ambulanza infermierizzata di Bibbiena che è giunta sul posto in soli 4 minuti dalla chiamata al 112. Il personale sanitario ha praticato le manovre rianimatorie e trasferito il 52enne all’ospedale di Arezzo in emodinamica. Il paziente adesso è fuori pericolo. «Il modello aziendale dell’emergenza-urgenza: la Centrale che guida a distanza chi presta i primi soccorsi, l’arrivo dell’ambulanza infermierizzata in tempi record che stabilizza il paziente e l’arrivo nell’Ospedale più adeguato alla presa in cura – ricorda Marzia Sandroni Direttrice Zona Distretto Casentino – hanno permesso di tirare, anche oggi, un sospiro di sollievo. Il grazie va sempre ai nostri operatori sanitari, ma anche alle persone presenti che, in attesa dell’arrivo dell’ambulanza, sono prontamente intervenute per salvare la vita del 52enne». «Un ringraziamento ai mezzi intervenuti in questo soccorso, ma va sottolineato che, come sempre in emergenza, l’organizzazione è fondamentale – dichiara Simone Nocentini, Direttore 118 dell’Area aretina -. In particolare in Casentino è vincente l’idea di dislocare le postazioni di emergenza lungo l’asse della SR 71, cioè in quell’area di territorio dove vive il 75 % della popolazione, vicino alle diramazioni principali che portano sui due versanti della vallata».
«Il paziente è giunto in UTIC Arezzo in respiro spontaneo ed integro neurologicamente, ha ricevuto il trattamento di rivascolarizzazione in Emodinamica, rimane in prognosi riservata ma oggi ha avuto la sua seconda chance di vita» conclude Simone Nocentini.
