Si è svolto nella splendida cornice di Villa Gennaioli, ad Anghiari, l’annuale convivio dell’Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili della provincia di Arezzo. Presenti autorità provenienti dal mondo della politica e della società civile, magistrati, funzionari e direttori della Pubblica Amministrazione, personaggi del mondo della finanza e rappresentanti degli altri Ordini professionali. Nell’occasione, come da tradizione, sono stati consegnati i timbri ai nuovi iscritti e le targhe ai professionisti con 50 anni di attività. Per il 2024 sono stati premiati per aver raggiunto il prestigioso traguardo professionale, Massimo Malatesti e Franco Arrigucci, Il sigillo professionale, invece è stato consegnato ad Antonella Froncillo, Vincenzo Rubino, Andrea Dori, Enrico Baglioni, Francesco Monicolini, Lorenzo Garbinesi, Mattia Ricciarini.
Nell’occasione il presidente Tiezzi ha fatto il punto sull’attività dell’attuale consiglio che è ormai giunto all’ultimo semestre del proprio mandato: “Oggi, per questo consiglio è un po’ come l’ultimo giorno di scuola. A febbraio, salvo proroghe, si torna al voto. L’attività però non si ferma e ci aspettano mesi intensi. Colgo l’occasione per ribadire un concetto: per le nostre competenze e specializzazioni, la figura del commercialista, merita di essere al centro della scena politica ed economica del Paese. Meritiamo di essere interlocutori privilegiati per le proposte di riforma sia della materia fiscale che societaria. La modifica dell’articolo 2407 c.c., che limita la responsabilità dei sindaci ad un multiplo del compenso, deve costituire un punto di partenza e non di arrivo dell’attività propositiva del Consiglio Nazionale.
Tiezzi ha poi sottolineato come sia fondamentale un rapporto efficace ed efficiente con la Pubblica Amministrazione proponendo l’apertura, per esempio, di un canale in presenza per i commercialisti per la soluzione delle pratiche più complesse. Il presidente ha, infine, concluso la sua relazione con un auspicio. “Chiunque avrà la responsabilità di guidare la categoria a livello nazionale passi dall’io al noi. Ne ha bisogno la nostra professione, ne ha bisogno il nostro Paese. Occorre una politica di categoria condivisa che coinvolga i territori e faccia tesoro dell’esperienza maturata nella periferia per costruire un progetto nazionale, finalmente, autorevole e non autoritario”.
