CAPRESE MICHELANGELO – Il reatino Mauro Del Vescovo ha vinto la prima edizione del concorso di pittura estemporanea svoltosi domenica 31 agosto 2025 a Caprese Michelangelo (AR), in concomitanza con la chiusura della mostra collettiva “Ieri e oggi. Sulle orme del divino” dedicata ai 550 anni dalla nascita di Michelangelo Buonarroti.
Con il suo inconfondibile stile, il pittore ha dipinto uno scorcio paesaggistico capresano, con il nucleo storico del borgo in alto e una citazione della “Pietà Rondanini”, considerata l’ultima opera incompiuta del genio rinascimentale, a cui egli lavorò fino agli ultimi giorni di vita e oggi custodita nel Castello Sforzesco di Milano.
Al secondo posto il perugino Lello Negozio, terzo il tarantino Michele De Nicolò.
Gli altri premiati, in ordine di classifica, sono stati Francesca Calabrò, Barbara Guelfi, Marco Chiarini, Gianni Mori, Marco Giacchetti, Francesca Montagni, Anna Cenci, Lorenzo Senzi, Giacomo De Troia, Romina Di Vizio, Pierluigi Ricci e Maria Rosa Giuliani. Premio speciale per la scultura a Loretto Ricci.
Soddisfazione per l’esito della prima edizione del concorso espressa dall’organizzatrice Mariangela Baldi, presidente dall’associazione culturale Art-Eco, dal sindaco di Caprese Michelangelo Marida Brogialdi e dall’assessore alla cultura Simone Antonio Palermo. La partecipazione di artisti da varie regioni d’Italia e il bel tempo hanno garantito la buona riuscita della manifestazione, conclusasi con le premiazioni nel giardino del Museo Casa Natale di Michelangelo Buonarroti
