Iscrizioni al via Il Dipartimento di Sanità Pubblica, in collaborazione con il Servizio di Medicina dello Sport, organizza a Cesenatico un corso di formazione gratuito per diventare “Walking Leader primo livello”, ovvero un conduttore di Gruppi di Cammino per la salute

Un corso teorico – pratico che si terrà nella giornata di sabato 15 marzo dalle ore 9. alle 13 nella sala riunione della Casa della Comunità di Cesenatico, in corso Abba 102. Per iscriversi è possibile compilare il modulo al link  https://forms.office.com/r/Vx68EZeifw inviare una mail a promosalute.ce@auslromagna.it  oppure chiamare il 33/1046285 (lun- ven dalle ore 9 alle ore 12). L’evento è gratuito e aperto a tutta la cittadinanza, previa disponibilità di posti. Si consiglia di portare acqua e di indossare calzature a abbigliamento sportivo e, in caso di maltempo, anche una giacca antipioggia L’obiettivo è quello di formare persone con competenze e conoscenze adeguate nella conduzione di un gruppo di cammino. Nello specifico, il Walking Leader organizza le camminate: sceglie la durata, il percorso, si preoccupa della sicurezza e dell’integrità del gruppo, fa da “motivatore” e garantisce continuità dell’attività. Si tratta di un importante appuntamento organizzato da Ausl Romagna nell’ambito del Piano Regionale della Prevenzione, per la promozione dell’attività fisica nelle comunità dell’Emilia-Romagna. Una delle azioni per il raggiungimento di questo scopo è proprio rappresentato dai gruppi di cammino, che consentono alle persone di una comunità di incontrarsi periodicamente e svolgere insieme delle passeggiate, con un passo adatto alle caratteristiche del gruppo. Altre edizione sono previste nel territorio provinciale.
